Twitters Embedding is About to get Better

EmbedHave you ever wanted to tell a story with posts from Twitter? But you’re stuck with adding each embed one right after the other. After a while it seems like the embeds will never end? If you have to show over 2-3 Tweets, it just looks cluttered. Each one of the tweets is separate and has a Twitter boarder.

What are you to do with Tweets? Last week at the Twitter developers conference they announced a new way to tell a story with Twitter. Blow is the new way they are sharing the new display of embedded Tweets

How can you create a curated Tweet list? “Now you can use TweetDeck, Curator, Spredfast, Dataminr, ScribbleLive, Wayin, or Flowics to find and organize the Tweets you want into a single story.:” A lot of these services I was not familiar with. The easiest to use would be TweetDeck. It is an an official app of Twitter. If you are a journalist you can use Curator to create these as well.

How would this come in handy for your business? This would be great if you had an event and plenty of people share pictures. You could create a grid of the best pictures from the event. One big area that stands out for me would be a wedding. A planner could create a hashtag for the wedding and show case them on a website afterwards.

It is very interesting for them. Its not something I would have thought they would do. I will do a hands on for this service soon. If you are a non developer, like me, it can be a little confusing on how to implant them. I will figure it out and let you know how to create amazing collections.
