When is the best time to Post on Social Media

I think the most asked question is when should I post on social media? The best time is when your followers are online. Most services will give you analytics when your people are most active on your page or profile. However, if you are new, and your page is new you can’t benefit from these analytics. Sprout Social, a social media management tool, “… worked closely with our data science team to review findings and trends in social media usage over the past year from Sprout Social’s 20,000+ customers and understand when their content was most and least frequently engaged with, broken out by platform and industry”

One thing to note is that the times listed are in the US Central Time Zone.
