Content Light Social Media?

One thing that you know in social media is that content is king. If you have a lot going on social media is going to be a lot easier. You can push out events, news stories and such that a company will is going. But, what if you have a client that is content light? Where you seem to be putting out the same message over and over? How do you effectively manage their social media?

This is a problem I am facing. I have a client that is very content light. If I had a budget to do SEM, Facebook ads and more then it wouldn’t be too much of an issue. But I have a little bit of content and it seems the message constantly gets repeating.

The business is an online retailer and it is a limited audience. My one concern is constantly pushing out the same message over and over. I know I hate it when I go to a Facebook or Twitter and have the same questions or information stated over and over.

I have a question for many of you out there, what do you do when you have a client that is content light? What are some creative ways you have used social media for your clients? Or what have been some great executions you have seen on social media?

I love social media and it’s never fun to struggle to come up with creative ideas alone. So I’m turning to the net for more help. I know we have super smart people out there that can give me some super ideas
